One day you may be a teacher, a doctor, an influencer, or maybe own your own business. Or maybe you don’t know what you want to do yet and that’s okay! Whatever you end up doing, God wants to be in the middle of it. If you’re looking to grow as a leader and really be challenged in your walk with God, consider spending a year with us as we help you become the best version of yourself. For whatever God calls you to do, we want to help you build the right foundation. If you let it, we promise this year will change your life.
The Gap Year program is for individuals up to 24 years of age who have completed a high school degree or received their GED.
The total cost is $3500. There is an initial $500 deposit due upon acceptance into the program. You have the option to pay in full upfront, or if needed, we're more than happy to assist you in setting up a convenient payment plan.
On Monday through Thursday, our mornings are spent in class, life labs, chapel, or small groups. There will also be a mixture of scheduled outreach and field trip opportunities.
No matter what God calls you to, it is always important to be part of your local church. You will have the opportunity to serve in the church up to five hours a week.
You will be responsible for your own transportation and living expenses. If you are not local, we will try our best to help you find a host home or temporary place to rent.
You will be involved in approximately 30 hours of scheduled activities each week. You will have the ability to have a part-time job if you choose to do so.
We will have an articulation agreement with The King’s University. We are still in the process of working out all the details in this area.
